Worst dermal filler experience with Dr. Kevin Do MD who did not listen and injected filler in areas I did not want and to make matters worse, used a type of filler that I did not want nor authorize, that cannot be dissolved or removed. So disappointed and this aesthetic medical spa would hire a doctor that receives so many complaints as I’ve heard from the staff members and consultants!

Dishonest, greedy business. They would not honor the Groupon deal I purchased. They tried to charge me $50 on top of the $20 Groupon I had purchased. Their justification for the extra charge was completely without merit. They tried to say my skin tag has too large, even though they never measured it, nor was a size limit specified as a condition in the Groupon. When I refused, the lady said, I’ll give you a “discount” and only charge you $30 extra. Clearly, they care more about squeezing extra dollars out of you then honoring their commitments.

This place is great! I usually go elsewhere, but this place is great when I try for the first time last week. The front desk staff is nice, and so are the aestheticians. Yan was really gentle and kind, she did an amazing job! I got hydrafacial and diamond microdermabrasion. Overall, very relaxing and nice experience.

Very relaxing. Vivian treated me with an acne facial. It was seriously the best decision coming into this spa today. I got a same day appointment. I was feeling very low today because of my pregnancy induced acne, but as soon as i walked in, the staff greeted me so kindly and directed me to my room. And after my treatment, my skin was glowing and i felt soooo much better. Highly recommend!

I had very thin lips and wanted a nice naturalpout, but I was also a little scared to look fake.Nywalked me through every step and we discussed what I wanted, and she kept me in the loop through the entire process- with what she was doing and allowing me to use the mirror to reassess if I wanted more and what she was going to define and allowed me to be a part of the entire process. She even showed me photos on her phone of what she was going to define when I couldn’t visualize her description.I 100% recommendthis placeto anyone!
