I purchased my eyelash extensions through Groupon and had initially planned on scheduling at the Diamond Bar location, but they were booked so I had to go to the City of Industry location. I really liked the staff at this location. They were nice and accommodating and really tried to make you feel comfortable. I paid $10 to upgrade to softer lashes because there was a substantial difference between the two. Now, I LOVED my lashes after they were done. Sally did a great job and I could tell she made a huge effort to give me volume and even out my lashes. The girl at the front desk gave me instructions on how to make the lashes last. I waited the 48 hr period to not get my lashes wet, but when I washed my face, I saw that so many of the lashes had come off, and I had been very gentle not to scrub or pull on my lashes. I was disappointed mostly because only one side mostly came off and it looked uneven. By this time I was already on vacation, so I couldn’t do anything about it. By the 3rd day more than half of the lashes had come off. I really loved the service and how nice the ladies were, but was very disappointed that the lashes didn’t last longer, and I’m not sure how it would’ve considering I followed all their instructions. I wanted to schedule a fill, but I’m not sure it’s worth it.
