The first time I come in I had a bad experience was overcharge more than what agreed and given incomplete services. I HAD TO CALL AND WAISTE EXTRA TIME But they “made it up to me'” by providing months later the hydrafacial they never gave me even though I got charged for it . RHE MICRONEEDLING WIRH PRP is not performed well neither I had that service in other establishments prior and here there are absolutely no results at all whatsoever so more waiste of time and money not cool This is one of those bussiness thar you as a client CANT never tell IF UR GOING TO HAVE A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE OR NOT and that’s because the inconsistency they have in being able to consistently privide great customer service, customer care and building and keeping relationships with customers that I feel should Always be a priority but seems to me that not all employees feel that way and that’s why I will not return here ever again As a consumer I expect consistency and I don’t want to be worry if I’m going to be treated rigth and receive the services I pay for without me having to ask and debate an employee for it specially after the fact they already chargue me ! that’s just unprofessional and with so many other great bussiness out there I simply won’t deal with this .
