Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe purchased a $200 gift card as a gift for Christmas. My mother purchased the Love Of My Life package. The masseuse basically poured warm lotion on her back and rubbed it in never touched her arms or asked if the pressure was good. The manicure was horrible chips and wavy lines all over. When I called to see what the issue was with the service I was basically told what the package includes and that they gave her $10 back. I purchased $200 worth of gift cards for this service so the $10 was already hers so nothing to give back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they are out of country until February. Then the same lady said she was the assistant manager. She tells me she’ll call me back well when she does now she’s telling me she was there and that my mom said the services were good when they in fact were not that’s why I was calling. All she did was repeat herself over and over. They took advantage of someone who had never had a massage before. She then tried to blame the bad pedicure on my mother saying it was probably the polish was still wet when she left. Very unprofessional and a waste of money. We purchased a $200 gift card as a gift for Christmas. My mother purchased the Love Of My Life package.
