I started the metabolic reset program with Fiona in November. I lost weight, gained energy and best of all learned what to eat. It’s a life time change of habits. Fiona’s support along with the weekly meetings with other participants were extremely motivating! I was sent the nice packaged box with everything needed to start the program. I highly recommend the program not only for weight loss but also to begin understanding your body and making the right choices.

My first time at Deluge was today and I was impressed. The owner Fiona was very friendly and helpful and the area clean and inviting Been doing infrared sauna for a few years off and on and always feel better when I am in a weekly routine of doing so. I highly recommend you try it. Deluge is only 20 minutes from Arlington and easy to get to and find. Very reasonably priced especially the packages which are not pushed at all (like other places I have been). I will definitely be going back.

I love Deluge Health Spa. Fiona is awesome. She is full of so much helpful information and willing to listen even if you are just in for a quick infrared sauna appointment! I find that the sauna improves my physical health but is also a great way to incorporate relaxation and self care. I always feel better after. I’ve never written reviews before but my journey with Fiona is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ive tried many different forms of diet but they were all temporary and were not sustainable or even healthy. I did a full cycle of the program and after 6-7 months, I did a mini cycle for 5 days. The full cycle definitely helped me reaching my goal but even from the mini cycle, I still lost 5 lbs even with plenty of water intake but more importantly, I was reminded that it is not hard to sustain a healthy eating habits. I know Fiona’s program will be my go-to form of selfcare wherever I need to remind myself to be better and healthier! Highly recommend for anyone whose focus is to develop a healthier way of living whether the diet is your goal or not, but it is definitely a big plus!

I just completed the Metabolic Reset offered by Fiona at the Deluge Health Spa and I’m in awe. In 6 weeks I lost 22lbs (SW:248lbs CW:226lbs GW: 175lbs). I was shocked because I’ve tried so many diets and weight loss programs and either they didn’t work at all or I gained all the weight back and then some. Fiona is an amazing support throughout this Reset program. She educates you on your body and health and makes the program feel like it’s a part of your everyday life instead of a diet. I highly recommend this program. It’s worth it every penny!

This spa offeres 2 infrared saunas. The owner is very kind, lovely, and knowledge lady. She is guiding me in my weight loss. I could not succeed in losing weight on my own. I am happy I have met Fiona, the owner and I am on my way to reach my health and weight goals with her great support and nutritional program, combined with regular visits to sauna.
