Never, EVER have I gone to a nail salon to watch the staff take a full 30 minute buffet break while I wait. I don’t mean 1 person was on break. It was both technicians with a full spread and customers waiting. I’m a very understanding person. So if I have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to grab a quick bite so they don’t starve, I get it. This place takes the cake though. I even called ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait around unnecessarily. They have zero regard for watching money walk right out of the front door because that is precisely what I did. No communication from them acknowledging that they are abusing people’s time. Zero concern. I will never step foot in that place again.

TRASH!!!! TRASH!!!!! TRASH!!! The worst nail shop ever !!!! Don’t do it, I asked for a pedicure with gel polish and it was literally 5 min, once I seen the messy quick labor that was being done I immediately said regular polish, they wanted 50 buck for gel. I Paid 30 for the water they used and 5 min labor, oh let me not forget they used a Chinese fan to dry my toes and it was messed up by the time I got home. I kindly told them this was poor service and the quickest service ever, I paid and got out of there, don’t go to this place, they don’t care about good customer satisfaction or service they need to be re trained. Thank me later, terrible nail spot, THE WORST!

Disappointed with my nails. I got a gel manicure and it chipped THE SAME DAY. I don’t do anything rough with my hands either. Multiple fingers chipped shorty after. The price is on the low side but it’s not worth it at all. It also wasn’t done that neat as there was some polish on my fingers. The service wasn’t rushed so I’m not sure why the quality is so bad…

Horrible, unprofessional, nail work decent but done with cheap low quality supplies, less than a week my nails lifted, cracked and gel peeled I came back to tell them and they say is “Normal” there’s no im Sry this happened and you had to come nothing!! rude and angry wants to reschedule me bc my time is free for them but I pay for theirs tho, SMH will never return and the place is raggedy, curtains make division to wax area, dirty and very bad put together but the worst is their professionalism and supplies.
