Good place to get a cut. Staff is well educated on all kinds of styles and work with Men, Woman, and Children. The location looks a little dated and could use minor update inside and outside Def a diamond in the rough. When you come in you sign up to be called and can select your stylist if you have a prefer person. depending on the time of day wait can be from 10 mins to over an hour. specially if your waiting on a certain stylist.

This was third time going to the salon. I asked the hairdressers if they either blow dry or iron hair to be straight. They said yes. I signed my name, and I took a seat. There were male customers coming in and the hairstylists were helping them. So in other words, they did not assist me. Totally unprofessional, I left. With a sour taste in my mouth, I will not go to this salon ever! If you want to get a decent hair style, go elsewhere….unless you like to spend more than 2 hours waiting for someone to help you.

Delmy is probably the most experienced hair stylist in all of Irving. Plenty of other salons have come out of this place from other females learning by how she operates. She is great but her employees can be slow and skip you right in front of you because they know the other person. There is a list but they don’t always follow by it. If I go there I let Delmy touch my hair and in some rare cases I’ll have the other girls butcher my hair if I’ve been waiting here for more than an hour.
