My experience was wonderful I’m getting a wash&Set my hair wash boy oh boy that scrubber she did was amazing it felt so good. I got a deep conditioner and was place under the streamer. When I say trim SHE trim my hair not CUT like some places do the price was reasonable also. I will be back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES

Made an appointment for my 75 year old mom and she was made to sit and wait 50 minutes despite arriving on time. It also didn’t seem like anything unusual to the 3 staff members I spoke to on the phone, which if anything sounded pretty surprised that I expected the appointment to be kept.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am super pleased with my experience at Dellas earlier today. I called ahead and was told just to walk in. I was taken into a chair in under 5 mins —my hair was done by Yessenia, and even though it was a simple wash, trim, and blow out, I was very impressed with her care, communication, and attention to detail! I am super pleased with my experience at Dellas earlier today. I called ahead and was told just to walk in. I was taken into a chair in under 5 mins —my hair was done by Yessenia, and even though it was a simple wash, trim, and blow out, I was very impressed with her care, communication, and attention to detail! I came here based on the reviews I saw. I have thick curly hair, but it’s extremely healthy and manageable. I usually travel an hour and a half to get my hair done in the Bronx but I live in Brooklyn and it’s way too cold to travel. I first walked in and was happy I was able to be seen so fast, that should have told me something. I got my hair washed and choose a deep conditioner. I then went to sit under the dryer and saw a Roach. Below is the list of why I will never recommend this place to anyone.

They are sneaky, they talk about the customer in Spanish so you don’t know what they are saying. I sent my niece there for a wash ad blow out and they did a horribly job because I left her there to go to class. I went back and ask them nicely if they could fix her hair and they refused to fix it unless I paid more money. Smh, they they talk about me in Spanish for something she messed up. I will never go back there!!!!

They seem to flip-flop with their prices based on the length of your hair. They are constantly having conversations on their phones and they only play music and watch TV shows in Spanish even though 90% of their customers speak English.

Took my 3 year old to get her hair washed and blow dry. The lady who washed her hair was super sweet but the lady that did the detangling could care less about my daughters tend scalp. she pulled and tugged her hair. she constantly told me to have my daughter fix her head after tears rolled down her eyes. she was totally disgusted and it showed in her face. I only had her get her hair done there because her stylist wasnt available. never ever would I even go for myself or reccomend anyone going there.

Very foggy when I went.. the moisture in the air from blow drying was unbearable.. very packed.. I mean she could not take me as a walk in, too many people there.. they are awesome at what they do..I guess?..I did noticed very diverse meaning all types of hair..

I called this morning and asked if they do curly perms and the lady replied yes. When I got to the Salon after paying for a cab the lady refused to do my hair and said she does not do perms for curly hair. Worst Salon ever & a waste of time and money.
