Micayla was very nice and she did a great job. She immediately understood what I wanted and gave me a fresh color with some highlights for an extra pop while my ends got a nice cleanup. We really didn’t change that much but it literally felt like glam make over. I’ve gotten so many compliments and the shampoo she recommended has kept my hair super soft and bright. I don’t live near the Braintree location but I will definitely make the drive for my next hair appointment!

I knew he was special when I brought my 3 year old daughter in with me one day and she said she wanted him to give her a haircut. Kevin did such a good job, Morgan couldn’t stop smiling. The minute I got to the salon my first impression was not good. The receptionist (front desk lady) was very unwelcoming. She wasn’t friendly at all. She looked like she had an attitude problem. Then I saw my stylist and she was nice. Very friendly but I wasn’t impressed with her work. I went to get a balayage, hair cut and blow dry. Well the same way i went in the same way I looked when I left. The color change wasn’t visible, the hair cut wasn’t that great. I asked for a change, some layers and face frame and honestly I didn’t look any different then how I went in. I was happy at first but when i came home and saw the back of my hair and noticed the color or balayege was hardly visible and when I saw how my hair was a total frizz I felt immediately ripped off. I called the salon and talked to the stylist and she told me that if i wanted it lighter it would cost me more money to add more highlights. Im not going to mention any names here but I will say It was a total disappointment and it was a huge loss of $150 plus tip. They will never see me there again. And for the front counter person I advice that if she does not like her job to get another. Customer service is key.
