Best pedicure of my life! Everyone is extremely friendly and inviting. My acrylic nails last me three weeks before I need a fill. They never break between appointments and the gel polish never peels. I have been going to Delightful Nails for almost 15 years and seeing Van for over 8 years (and just love her! ) Over the years, I have silently tolerated the owner who has often been rude and disrespectful to customers and staff. The salon used to be quite busy although no longer brings in the clientele that it used to. A typical 5 to 10 minute wait has always been the norm and expected without concern. Today, I had a 3pm appointment and watched Van begin a pedicure on a male as I walked in right at 3 pm. The owner then informed me Van was running behind and it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I finally sat down and Van apologized and informed me the male pedicure was a walk in that she was told she had to take. When I expressed my concern regarding a walk in taking precedence over an appointment, the owner stated he “deals with humans and like with doctors, appointments do not guarantee a time”. He then stated since I expressed a concern, I would no longer be allowed to make an appointment in the future. What? Really? I then watched as he spoke Vietnamese to Van, which brought her to tears. ( I am assuming because she told me the male pedicure was a walk in).

I had a Great Experience! Tram took her time with my nails and my husband loved my eyebrows. The team were super friendly and the Manager made sure that I was happy with my nails as well. I plan on going back. See you in 2 weeks.

I have literally tried every nail place in casa grande. Some in mesa. However, none of them have compared to Delightful Nails. These techs take their time with you and your nails. I am VERY particular about my nails and i have yet to be unsatisfied. They really make sure i leave happy and my nails always look fresh every time.

I visited delightful nails for my regular sns nails over 3 weeks ago. My Nails still look flawless and I am very rough on my my nails. Alittle grown out maybe but still getting compliments on them daily. This is the only place I have gotten sns where the back of the sns doesn’t start to lift after a week or two. I always get my hair caught behind my nails and this drives me crazy. I have finally found salon where this doesn’t happen! Very very happy. Usually by this point with other salons they are starting to crack and pop off but not this time. I will definitely be going back.
