I was on a mission to get my nails done for an interview when I stopped at Delight Nails. Imagine my surprise to get my nails done by a young African American girl, Briana! I don’t often get my nails done, but when I have, in the past, I never saw people who look like me providing the service. Briana is awesome. Her nails were beautiful, and she informed me that she did them herself. Ladies, treat yourselves and stop in and ask for Briana. You won’t be disappointed!!!

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. I got mine done today (July 12) First of all they were 20 minutes late to open. I told the lady please just clean up my brows, I do not want a lot taken off or a changed shape!! By the time she was done I knew she messed them up by her body language and the way she passed me the mirror. She made one thinner than the other and literally took off a whole patch making one eyebrow way shorter than the other. She was completely defensive and unapologetic and said she didn’t do that. I pulled up before and after pictures to show her and she still was unapologetic. They are horrible.

God I wish I could give this place no stars. The service is so bad. They did my brows with a razor, the smell of salon is so bad . They make Publix look bad….and my friend even got her nails done and they charged her extra for some ugly nails. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I will not visit another salon. This salon treats you as if you are their only client. It’s not about the money from my own personal experience. Their priority is that you are completely satisfied with their service. Highly recommended especially if you have high expectations.

Past 2 Friday’s tried to get my feet done. Walked in at 6:50pm. Tech asked me what I wanted let me sit down for 5mins and said we’re closed. 3 workers 1 customer getting nails down. Recently got there at 6:25pm and once again same tech… hello what you want done? I said feet. 4 techs working 3 occupied. I sit down and 11mins go by and you say your closed. Your sign says 7:30pm! If you closing a hour early lock the door. Don’t offer me a seat or say ok.

My first experience was great! I called a few weeks later to schedule an appointment and when I got there the young lady told me she didn’t know how to the powder nails. That left a bad taste in my mouth, I probably won’t go back.

This is not the first time that I’ve been dissatisfied. On one incidence my nails literally popped off after the 4th day. This most recent time I arrived as soon as they opened. I would have been the first client. The lady told me she had to CALL SOMEONE TO COME IN! Once she called, she told me the individual would be here in 20 minutes!! I got there on time because I was on a schedule. Do not have your establishment open if your workers are not there to te render services. I will not be returning.
