I would not recommend this business every time I come here I’m paying a different price for the same service. I constantly ask for a soak off and they try to rip my nails off. The last time I came for a full set they lady put the nail tip on slanted and proceeded to tell me it was my nail bed when I’ve never experienced this before then when I get to the register she offered me 5% after trying to convince me it was nail bed. Literally bad business and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have used this nail salon for almost 3 years. About 1 year-1 and a half years ago my husband and I scheduled 2 pedicures and we had to cancel because he was Ill. That was the only time that I ever canceled and Michelle who owns the salon along with her husband told me that they’d never give me scheduled appointments after that. She also told me that her husband and son would not service us. I continued to go there and many times waited patiently for up to 1 hour. About a month ago we were treated rudely, they gave us the worst pedicures we have ever gotten anywhere. They claimed the help didn’t understand… When it’s time to pay and their prices are extremely high; they understood us just fine. I have nothing good to say about this salon and the way they treat their customers. The atmosphere and quality of workmanship is substandard. If you want great service in a fabulous atmosphere go to the Nail Lounge in Pooler.

I chose this business because of its proximity to Home Goods. I came in for a dip and pedicure. Everything was going well, I finished my dip and the nail tech said “they would have been cute if your nails were longer” . I’m like okay thanks ??? So, I wait to have my pedicure another techs greets me and begins working. The next thing I know I feel intense pain and look down. My toe is bleeding and the tech is literally pulling the skin off my toe. She doesn’t realize I’m looking at her. She then reaches for some type of solution and put the tip of the bottle DIRECTLY on my bleeding toe. I ask her to stop everything and just let me pay. She tried to convince me I had a ingrown toenail ON MY SECOND digit. I’m 33 and have never had that before. Also I’m sure I would have known if I had an ingrown toenail before then. The manager was very apologetic about it but I feel like it’s something that never should have happened.
