Okayyyyy. This salon is EVERYTHING!! I like my nails two ways. Short. And pointy. Everywhere I’ve ever been as always told me they couldn’t do short pointy nails. Which sucked because I always had to choose. But my nail tech at Delicate Nails DID. THAT. She did everything I asked TO A TEE. And she was so pleasant and kind. Not only was the nail service EXQUISITE! But the salon smelled soooo nice. Lemony fresh and clean! 10/10 would reccommend Delicate Nails to ANYONE out there who wants their nails done the way they ask and done WELL!! These techs are experienced and HIGH QUALITY!!! I am so happy with my experience at this salon!! Will be coming as a regular from here on out!! ♥️ ♥️

Came to this place for the first time yesterday, the people were extremely friendly. The place was SO overbooked. I got a gel mani and pedi. When the man was doing my pedi it was the most painful pedi I’ve ever gotten!!!! He completely ripped the corner of my toenail out, I jumped out of the seat and shrieked in pain it was so bad. He said so sorry! And I didn’t think it was purposely done (obviously) but my toenail was bleeding for a good while and he just continued on… I noticed he rinsed the nail tools in the dirty water and it didn’t seem very sanitary to me, but I’m no expert! I left with my toenail extremely sore, woke up this morning and my toenail is growing pus where he cut my nail out. It’s extremely painful today. I’m pregnant and really hoping this doesn’t proceed to get worse. I read another review about infection and having to be put on meds to get rid of it, and it really freaked me out. Please be more careful and definitely start being more sanitary!

My wife has gone here a few times & Tien is good. Manicures are perfect; however, Mary does horrible with dip. She’s done them twice and both times the dip polish begins cracking in less than a week because she fails to put it on the whole nail. This last time it was brought it to her attention & she wouldn’t fix it. An appointment within minutes of leaving to fix her nails. When She went back, she was refused the service and told they would just cake on more dip without evening it out. They did not want to fix the mistake. Now, 5 days later and needing another $45 nail job done because they are cracking. She’ll never go back. Horrible experience and complete waste of money. Photos showing minutes after & then cracked 5 days later.
