I got my eyebrows done from Ushma and she did a FANTASTIC job. Ushma was very thorough and asked me for directions before she proceeded. She took it upon herself to look at my eyebrows from a few angles before letting me know her suggestions. She was able to pick out exactly where I thought I needed extra shaping and what to leave alone. She asked me for my approval and welcomed feedback before she took the thread to my face. I was literally so amazed at the customer service that I complimented her. She said “you know, eyebrows are such an important thing for a woman and when you don’t feel great about it, I know what that feels like so I always take my time and make sure I get it right. ” I can’t praise her enough. I just returned to Delicacy Beauty Salon to get my eyebrows done after trying to maintain them myself for the last 2 years. I got my eyebrows done from Ushma and she did a FANTASTIC job. I’ve been getting my brows threaded for over 10 years and they have never been this bad. My brows look like how I started doing my own at 13! There’s no arch, no shape, just a straight thin line. Messed up my eyebrows years ago. Never grew back. They look horrible. Some techs also refused to see me bc I usually preferred a certain tech. That day, my usual tech was unavailable, and I needed to get my eyebrows done, and the other techs refused to see me and the owner’s daughter even yelled at me while she was refusing service to me. I had given them my money for a long time. They didn’t value me as a customer. Seriously, learn to do your eyebrows yourself. Universally, most techs don’t care/don’t really know what they’re doing to do a good job. Most techs don’t have an aesthetic eye either.

I went here the first time & left feeling pleased with the hair cut and brows I had just had done. I went back a couple of weeks later before close, and when I walked in, there were 3 ladies cleaning. I had asked for Ala to do my brows since she was there and had done a good job the first time, only to have the owners daughter say(very rudely) no, she can’t do them, she’s cleaning and waiting for her ride to come! The rude lady did my brows very badly, and seemed very irritated. Needless to say, that was my last time going. I used to take my niece and daughter there to, but not anymore!

Recently went to the salon, it’s a bit understaffed but the owner an older lady is very sweet and tries to deliver A++ service every time. Only drawback is one of the older ladies working there is sometimes rude and rushes through the work without taking care of the clients.
