Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityYou make a appointment arrive on time and someone else is still doing their nails half and hour of the time you scheduled weeks in advanced. There is no professionalism and compassion for customers time. Also, made my teenager first nail experience a horrible one by stoping to do multiple peoples nails while i dropped her off and she told me this later on. Gave her another opportunity to see if this is true and she tried to do this to me even though I scheduled my appointment to do my nails weeks in advance. Very unprofessional I won’t ever spend my time,hard working money ,and tips here again. Time is money and waits for no one. The salon is centrally located and super clean. They are taking extra precautions due to Covid-19 including temperature checks, disposable tools for each person and plexiglass separators.
