She accommodated each and every one of my beauty needs and jumped right in to get this tedious project done as quickly as she could. The entire staff were caring. Everything was sanitized and clean. Love my hair! Yet, Second time coming here and as always, beautiful cut and color. I’m a little disappointed as I had called the night before to ask about pricing and was told it wouldn’t go above a certain price. When I came in, it was way more expensive than expected. I understand sometimes prices can change but not by an extra hundred dollars! I felt I was getting ripped off. My first time coming it was a decent price but second time, I’m pretty sure they made it up on the spot. I don’t think I will be coming back, I dislike surprises.

A friend of mine took me to D’Elegance and introduced me to Lyda.. After that moment, the fate of my hair changed.. She both colored and treated my hair.. My hair color has always been blonde and I continue to use it.. This kind of thing requires you to be extremely talented and experienced.. Lydya is just that.. To me, she is a hair care and hair color genius.. I feel extremely lucky to have met her.. She is also a wonderfully positive person.. And she is a very beautiful and sexy woman among us. On the other hand, Frailin, who looks after the cash register, is always reassuring with her smiling face and professional management.. In summary, Definitely go to D’Elegance and find Lydya.. I made and appt at 10am for simple bleaching! I come in she already was working on someone else but she stops and starts my head rough without even brushing it. I’ve been getting my hair bleached for 10 years now so I definitely know about getting my hair bleached. It started burning bad after 30mins which is abnormal for me so I tell her she ignores me and continues to put product after product on my hair for the next 4 hours! I tried to storm out and she stopped me saying she’s sorry but she’s not going to let me leave like this. My scalp is on fire they got bleach on my skin so so many times. Was super rough washing my hair water went straight hard in my ear. Took and finished 3 clients before she was done with me! Hair was not what I asked for! Waste of $275 never going back!! Worst customer service

The receptionist was so great. She put Lidia on the phone to consult me. Lidia told me to go right in. The place is very clean, bright and spacious. Lidia took great care of me. The all have amazing hands for it and Cristina used Do my highlights. Now this is Second time she works on my Daughters highlights NOT touching scalp she wouldn’t do that I take her advice not to. Cristina did half highlights now my daughter want a blue hair she had TONS of compliments even when we went to Texas!!! They all suggest the best of products for your hair type.
