Very poor customer service. I wanted a specific stylist who I knew was very difficult to make appointments with as he is always booked. So I scheduled a complimentary consultation first to get the stylist’s opinion, and then scheduled an appointment to have my hair colored and highlighted immediately after the consultation. I made this appointment two weeks in advance. I did this because I was on a very tight schedule. I teach every day and this was the only day that I was available. I even confirmed with the receptionist if she was sure that the stylist will have time for both the consultation and the color immediately after and she said yes. After going to my consultation, the stylist said he did not have me down for any color or highlight scheduled right after my consultation. I had cancelled two important appointments that day both with a doctor and a plumber just to get my hair done with this stylist that is so hard to get an appointment with. I do not recommend this salon to anyone as they apparently do not know what they are doing and they are very inefficient. They sure ruined my day.

Great customer service! Ask for Robyn if you’re dying! I get a deep red, which is typically hard to keep. Robyn is a magician! Came out vibrant and kept well…even 4 months down the road I was happily rockin my spunky red hair.
