I didn’t appreciate how great Del Sol was until I went to a chain tanning salon in a different town. Del Sol provides you with everything you need for a great tanning session: eye protection, a towel, makeup remover wipes, and even candy! They have so many great options for tanning lotions as well!

Usually have great service at both locations and rooms are very clean, however lately at the south store the owner seems to have a very sour/rude attitude and associates are very pushy trying to sell packages that I clearly state I don’t want and seem unwilling to sell single sessions. Also very pushy trying to pick how many minutes they think you should tan for. Very frustrating!

Low rating for customer service. Beds are good, no problem there. I always go in the evenings. Young girls who are visually and verbally anxious to get out of work. They complain about the customers using the laundry services and I frequently wait to be greeted/for service even after patiently waiting and then ringing the bell. North location has amazing customer service; night and day difference. Very disappointed. I never go there after 8pm and they don’t even close until 9.
