Oh my goodness! I found this place online and decided to give it a try! I was able to book an appointment to have my makeup done online – super easy. Shana is the makeup artist and she is amazing; a real pro. She worked for Chanel for 16 years as a traveling makeup artist and she knows exactly what to do. She was ready on time and worked for a solid 1 hour to make sure I was gala-ready. She is lovely and very very kind. I got so many compliments and I’m thinking now about what other events might be coming up that I could book her for — she was worth every penny and it was fun for me. The people in the shop were all very professional and kind. I can not wait to go back. Thanks Shana.

Hired Shana on so many different occasions and each time I am more and more impressed with her artistry. She is always on time, professional, neat, and organized. Always in a great mood and exciting to work with. She takes her time and always comes up with the perfect glam for the occasion. She makes you feel the most beautiful. Really poor experience here. I called the day before and was supposed to be scheduled for a hair cut. I showed up and they couldn’t find me in the books. There was a woman available, Raina ? Not sure of her name. She totally disregarded what I asked for. She also made a comment about hair loss. I suffer from pcos and am extremely sensitive about my hair. I understand she was trying to be helpful but it came off very rude. I told her I did not want layers and she ended up giving me a full head of layers. Beyond that, it was one of the least professional experiences I have had. Would not recommend this experience on anyone. Very disappointed and hurt by this experience

Shana is an artist and magician. She transformed me for a holiday party in December and I reached out to her again for an event yesterday. She went above and beyond my expectations again. Just when I didn’t think I could love her work any more than I already do, she used her expertise and creativity to glam me up again. I showed her the dress I was wearing and she picked a look that was beyond my imagination. I received many compliments! Other DBB clients were asking Shana for help while I sat in her chair.
