I did this for the first time a week ago. It was a process but rewarding at the end. It took over 2 hours to get it done. I do love my lashes. My eyes are sensitive so sometimes it bothers me but I’m glad I did it. My eyes look amazing. The building is really cold inside. I wish they gave you a blanket to use. My 2nd appointment, I brought my own with me. Much better experience when I wasn’t so cold.

My eyes burn like they were on fire after just a few hour. Although they were professional there I only got a day and a half on waring my lashes. It was a big waste of money for me. I didn’t feel that they handled my situation well. All together I paided over $300.00 with tips and services. I could have been a long time customer, but I will take my business elsewhere. NOT GOING BACK THERE .

I got extensions done here for a while, but really only felt like one artist was consistently good. She left and so did several other girls so it was impossible to get in for an appointment. The girls always felt really rushed and it showed. The lashes never stayed on very well. It felt like after a week I had barely had any lashes left. Now that I go somewhere else, I can easily go 2+ weeks without a fill and they’re so much fuller. The quality is better elsewhere. The pricing is better elsewhere. And the service is tremendously better elsewhere. I absolutely steer my family and friends away from Deka.

This place is awful. All of my lash artists left and noone was able to make me aware. Because they were threatened with lawsuits due to contracts. The place is so poorly ran that all of the staff except two artists (horrible at lashing and even call their clients out for poor tipping) (which is not me) quit. Now keep in mind you now only have 2 artists for 3 facilities. With that being said, they had no availability and the 2 artists were not good at lashing!! I couldn’t get in at all even when I tried, despite not wanting to be put with either artist. When I asked for a refund for the 180 monthly fee that I can’t even get in for….the manager (who is not a business woman and has no tact) said this isn’t her fault I waited to cancel till June. Did she not here that I tried to schedule and couldn’t cause you have 2 staff working all hours and no availability!! She claims she sent an email that I NEVER received, even claims that I opened it. I read what I received and what I have and hadn’t opened. She continued to argue with me about what she can see on her end (I happened to be looking at my emails at that exact moment) and they were all incorrect!!! Also they failed to tell me that my lash artists left! Who in the world does that to someone that is a well known client and spends a nice amount of time and money! This goes to show how unprofessional the business is ran. She claims they have an employee clause ” deka lash clients are theirs!” Seems pretty presumptious to me! I chose where I go based not the business….hmmm weird that they think they own their clients and satisfaction!! I will be calling my bank and fighting this and making everyone aware of how horrible this business is ran!!! Bbb here I come!!!
