Love this place! The staff is SO friendly and helpful. At my first visit, I couldn’t decide if I wanted to go with the ‘natural’ lashes or ‘cat eye’ so my lash artist did a combination for me based on my personal preferences and eye shape. They turned out perfectly! I’m big on the no makeup look but love how these lashes make my eyes pop without looking too dramatic.

WARNING! If I could personally rate this specific franchise location – it would be negative stars- I made an appointment and shuffled my own client schedule to accommodate this. I was stoked given they needed lash models and I had to fly out the night of to attend an event for opportunity to show off my lovely lashes. I got reminders via text and confirmed on my end. Upon my arrival, the lash technician the only one present in the whole establishment expressed how she was not able to call all today’s clients for cancellation given two lash technicians was sick. No one called nor bothered to informed after I wasted driving 25 minutes to and from the location. I personally lost over 300 dollars that I could have seen my own clients as I am a therapist during the lash appt. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE- Steve the owner would not compensate for my time wasted. He told me that the business is struggling- I have no doubts on that.

Had such a wonderful experience at Deka Lash. Chana did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed, comfortable and my lashes turned out absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

If I can give 0 stars I will but this place is not worth it I did my refill Friday 9/13 at 6pm that same Friday at 9pm my lashes where falling the lady just took 20 minutes refilling I even told her that it was really fast and she just said “yeah” … I call to do my complain they offer me a complementary set I told them I wanted to go Saturday but this location do not open weekend so they just gave me 2 options Monday or Tuesday …. I call Tuesday early morning to reschedule since because of my job I couldn’t go and they tell me they can’t !
