Amara was very gentle, and did a great job giving me the lashes I had imagined I’d come out with, not too long but had curl and volume. My lashes looked more on the natural side. Loved it! My experience was great. The shop is super cute, it smells good, very clean, and my lash tech Treasure was very professional and pleasant. She walked me through the process, Deka additional services and after care to prolong my retention. Most techs I’ve been to at other places didn’t educate me like Treasure did. I’ll be back for sure! I wish I could give no stars. I booked my appointment online the day before. I drove over an hour to get the service done after confirming my appointment not once, but TWICE! After I sat in the waiting area they took back a girl who came in after me and left me sitting wondering. Then finally someone comes out and tells me that the person doing my lashes isn’t there. She tried to say that she cancelled my appointment. I showed her on my phone where I had gotten several confirmation texts and reminders. Her response was “Well, she cancelled it and we don’t have time”. I wasted 2 hours driving there and back and a lot of gas for your employees to rudely dismiss me. The entire situation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Jordan was incredible! I had never had lashes before and she was great in telling me how to care for the lashes, what i could expect as far as retention goes and also was so gentle, there was no pulling/poking anything, so much so that i fell asleep a time or two haha! I was a bit nervous about it hurting/pulling etc but none of that was anything to worry about at all!! Careful though, once you get them done you will never want them off!!!!
