Erin was an absolutely amazing lash girl and I love my fill!! By far my favorite set of lashes. The only reason I would give it a 3 and not a 5 is because of the lack of communication between the boss and tech and myself and the boss! My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and I got a text the day before asking if I could come at an earlier time at 2, weird because my appointment was at 10, but I responded too late and they said my appointment was at 4 pm! I didn’t wanna argue because I figured it was Erin and she moved it to something better for herself and it wasn’t an inconvenience to me at all but once I got there, she told me it was not her and had to be a manager.. no one told her i was coming in at 4 and not 10:30 so she already had someone coming in which meant I had to wait another 45 minutes, after driving nearly 30 minutes to get there by 2:30 since they didn’t text me until 2.

Z was great! I desperately needed a bad set of “extensions” removed and was able to get in same day (that I was very appreciative of) I requested a lash removal service and Z removed them so efficiently and saved my NATURAL LASHES. Of course I’m ecstatic and I definitely plan on using more services of hers.

I went to have lash extensions I even took a picture of how I would like my lashes to look . My lashes looked nothing like that they looked awful sparse in places and none in other specifically my right eye . It has only been 2 days and several lashes have fallen off I followed the care instruction carefully . The person that did my lashes was not hygienic and kinda smelled . They also have this thing where they ask for a credit card to keep in your profile I had pre paid so I thought that was rather strange I was able to have them delete my profile I will never go back . Nor would I recommend them to anyone
