I went to get my lashes done for the first time ever, yes I was nervous but when I tell you my lash tech Hunter was amazing, I mean it. Not only did she make me feel comfortable and calm but when it was finished they were BEAUTIFUL, I felt like a new woman. She really took her time to make me feel beautiful and it give them props because I would never have the patience to do that myself lol. If you need any lash services I strongly suggest going to Hunter, I will definitely be back for another wonderful experience! Also well priced

I went to Deka Lash for my first time ever to get my eyelashes done…. And I’m IN LOVE. Hunter Morgan, whom I believe is one of the managers was absolutely wonderful! She walked me through the process and made me feel way more comfortable about how to take care of them, and eased my fear about them ruining my natural lashes. She was very patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about their products and the lashes I was looking to have. Thank you again Hunter, and keep up the beautiful work you do.

I’ve always been nervous to get my lashes done because my eyes are sensitive to everything… I decided to give them a try, and I was so happy with my experience! The salon is cute and trendy, and Hunter was my tech – she was so welcoming and sweet, and she may me feel at ease immediately. She wasn’t rough at all, and I was actually able to relax during my appointment. And my lashes… I looooove them! And I don’t have to wear mascara! Total game changer. I appreciated Hunter’s knowledge and professionalism. She explained everything to me ahead of time so I knew what to expect, and she educated me on the care for my lashes too. If you’re not sure about trying lashes, go see Hunter! She’ll ensure you have a great experience!

I have been going to this location of Deka Lash for about a year now and I love everything about it. I regularly go to Hunter Morgan who hits the mark every-time whether I want longer lashes or something a little shorter. She also is very sweet and makes you feel as comfortable as possible! The process to book and or change an appointment is so simple and another reason I highly recommend them at Deka Lash as a whole. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I asked for a very natural look…what I got was caterpillars eyelashes that curled all the way to my eyebrows. They were not what I asked for , and they were extremely difficult to get removed . The tech kept apologizing for her coworkers installation and the PAIN it caused me when they were removed the next day. To add insult to injury, they attempted to charge me for the removal. Once I made it very clear that I was not paying for the removal, and indeed, I wanted my money refunded for the installation, Hunter, who presented herself as the manager, was very condescending rude, and only exacerbated the situation with the tone that she spoke to me and her employee in. She carried herself unprofessionally, and instead of acknowledging my displeasure, and attempting to make it right, she chose to belittle me and her employee, and then decided she could scold me for using a swear word. When I apologized for using an inappropriate word, she continued to speak to me as if I was less than her. She needs a true lesson in management, customer, service, and racial sensitivity. It was clear that she saw me as “an angry black woman“ instead of a dissatisfied customer. Deka lash and their customer service call center is just as an inadequate. They said that the management at the Monroeville location would have to give the OK for a refund. Needless to say, I still have not received it, but they can rest, assure that this is not the end, and I will be pursuing legal action, even if it is only for $180. Customers should get what they ask for, and what they pay for, not what the technician wants to do. I would never recommend this location or any other if you are interested in getting lashes .

i got my lashes done here a couple of times by hunter and was very satisfied each time i went. she’s very light handed and knows exactly what your looking for. would recommend for anyone looking to get your lashes done !! Eyelash extensions

Got my eyelashes done on a Monday by Wednesday more than half of them were gone, I went in that Friday and got them refilled within their 5 day policy and by the following Friday they were all off again except for a few. Very disappointing after spending $180 on eyelashes that didn’t even last longer than a week. The eyelash expert that did the service was very nice but the product itself was not.

Quay is very knowledgeable! I purchased groupon to see what the hype about lashes were about. Plus it was my birthday and Valentines day. They are ok, I def would not pay full price to get them done. But for those who like lashes they are a nice enhancement.
