Never had anything like this done before!!! My friend referred me and omg this place is amazing!! Right as I walk thru the door there is someone to greet you. I met the girl doing my lashes her name is Laura Penny Iet with her she took me to her area where she works and kinda explained what she was gonna do and how to take care of my lashes. She was very helpful friendly but SHES AWESOME AT WHAT SHE DOES!!! HANDS DOWN I was very nervous about getting these lashes and if they were going to be too long or just look flat out stupid but they didn’t she talked to me made me comfortable I mean she got done it was awesome I love my lashes I will go back to Laura every time she’s great employees they’re great the place is great it’s nice and clean on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d say 11

I got truvolume and I told the girl I wanted them very full and long that I like them dramatic and I paid $169 and they look horrible!!! you can’t even tell I have on lashes. I told the girl in was not happy and she told her manager and they offered to take them off for me and they still charged the the full amount. I sent my sister, my daughter and my cousin a picture of them and they were even shocked that they made me pay. My daughter laughed and said where are the lashes at mom?!?! My daughter got Classic a few weeks ago and her are beautiful they are 3 times fuller than mine and they are way longer than mine and she only paid $120 for hers. If I can post a picture here with this review I will so you can see how thin and short these lashes are. Im just in shock they honestly made me pay $169 for them. Horrible service!!!

I’m giving this review a 1 because there was good conversation. I’m not writing this review to drag this esthetician. The service I had was on Gunbarrel Rd. I had my eyebrows laminated on May 12th 2022.I showed her a picture to give her an idea of what I wanted… not even close. When she gave me the mirror I was so emotional… silently. I knew that she knew she didn’t do what was asked of her. She tried working on my brows a little more, but my brows were set and there was nothing else she could do. I told her that they were nice and gave her a $10 tip, along with the 94 dollars charged to my credit card, but there not.
