Critical: Quality, ValueTerrible experience. I, too, had a similar experience to Jaime and Robin where overnight multiple lashes fell out and within 1-2 days even more fell out. Fortunately, they were receptive enough to allow me to come back so they could fix the issue at no charge. Upon entering and evaluating, they immediately agreed that it was not one if their “better jobs”. Almost all the girls have been working there since last October (2019) not even a full year so the experience definitely is lacking. Unfortunately, my story worsens. They assured me the lashes would “fall out naturally”. That, too, was not the case. Be weary all (because this was my first and last experience) – I had beautiful natural eyelashes before and decided to do something different and treat myself for my birthday… BUT MISTAKE. My once beautiful natural eyelashes are gone. These lash extensions WILL PULL OUT your lashes. Believe me, they will say that it doesn’t but it absolutely does. When I called to ask them to remove the lashes that were left, they wanted to charge me $30. I wish I had someone share this with me… it’s definitely not worth the headache that this place caused. Be weary because these are young girls starting off and the way they put on your lashes will remove your natural ones “when they fall off”.Terrible experience. The manager is very knowledgeable and has done lashes for years. They seem to have happy employees due to their management style. Sarah did my lashes and she did a simply amazing job. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to get a long term membership to get lashes done.
