Had a really bad experience which resulted in permanent damage. I have been having lash extensions for years. The technician didn’t sanitize the bed before she started and rushed the whole time. She kept pinching as she applied them which was so strange as I had never felt pain getting lashes prior to this. I didn’t even realize HOW bad it was until I went to have them filled at another salon and they had to remove them due to the way they were glued. She caused me to lose several natural lashes. I did reach out to them to share my concerns. They acknowledged they were received and said someone would be in touch but I never heard from anyone. Do your homework before you go here, I wish I did.
