I was incorrectly over charged on 12/31/2022, noticed later in the day. Having been unable to contact a human to speak to over the phone, I drove an hour out of my way to the Deka Lash location and nobody there knew why I was overcharged, including the woman who overcharged me.

I was so excited to get lash extensions for the first time, went here and am extremely disappointed. A ton fell out in the first 6 hours and I’m trying to get back in and get them fixed they won’t really work with me and my busy work schedule. I live 40 minutes away. Would not recommend. Not please with my lashes not lasting even 24 hours and this business is extremely hard to get ahold of and work with.

Got eyelash extensions, after a few days they all fell out. Went back to get them redone, they fell out again. Went back again for a 3rd appointment and the lashes just do not hold. The first appointment I was told I could sign up for a package deal, it ended up being a membership. After all of the issues I contacted the store and they canceled the membership, I told them I will not be returning because the lashes just don’t hold. I was told the membership is canceled the appointments are canceled and I will not be charged again. Then I was charged $40 for a canceled appointment after I was told I would not be charged again. I have called and spoke to somebody on the phone multiple times and I am being told that I will not get the refund of my $40, even after I was told I would not be charged again.EDIT: after speaking with management I have been told a refund will be issued. So glad this was worked out

After a week of lashes, I had a partial section come off…..Austin got me in with Lori right away and she fixed me up. She helped me further understand how to maintain my lashes, as well as some tips for “side-sleepers” like myself! They didn’t charge for my Fix service, which I was shocked. Great customer service! Went and got eyelash extensions they all were falling off the same day I got them. So I went back the next day to get them fixed all for them to continue to fall off.. they were way to expensive for the service that I received. Eyelash extensions

This place was a great place to get lashes it was comfortable and clean. Kaylee was knowledgeable and did a good job. However, now my lashes are falling out out hasn’t even been a full day. Only 8 hrs… And they are not thick enough anyway. I hope that they don’t continue to fall out more. I am worried about them staying on I went back and she did fill them in for free for me. They helped me feel better. It has been two days and most of the right eye had fallen out. I probably won’t go back again. This was my first time and it had only been two days and now I have one full volume eye and one bare eye. Pretty disappointing. I thought these were to last up to like 3 was or longer ????
