so dissaponting, staffs are unproffessional. during making the reservation i confirmed if we can do groupons then the team just texted me 1 hour prior the service that they can’t do groupon. there is no email that cust need to be once in every 6months to use the coupon, they are not helping just saying we can’t do anything and not even trying to find a solution. So DISSAPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL so unexpected they treat the cuatomer like this.

The experience of getting the lashes put on went great and they looked good for a few days, but by a few days in I had big chunks missing out of my lashes and expected them to look decent for at least two weeks since that is what the membership recommends. After my previous review Deka lash reached out to me and offered to reschedule with a different more experienced technician. I will be returning soon to try again and see if it works out better. I am impressed with their customer service even if my lashes didn’t hold up as I wanted them to the first time. Stay tuned.

The lash studio is spotlessly clean. Tech was friendly, conversational, professional, and applied lashes as I’d asked. Unfortunately, literally within 15 minutes, I noticed about 4-5 lashes on my left eye had already fallen out. At home I kind of noticed that the left eye looked a bit sparse compared to the right eye. I have been doing lash extenstions for several years prior to covid. I was excited to get back to the beauty of lash extensions. However, the excitement dissipated quickly. Every day since application several lashes fell out. About 4 days after lash application it was apparent that the lashes were falling off way too quickly. The left eye especially looked sparse. The right eye had lost many lashes as well. Now 10 days in and they look awful! The left eye has about 6 lashes left and looks completely different that the right eye.

Clean professional place, with a friendly staff, to get beautiful eyelashes! I love that there are several options to fit your needs, and the process is well explained. I told them I wanted to be able to notice a difference, and have them fuller and longer, but still look natural. Ella did an amazing job, and I am so happy with them! I enjoyed my time that felt relaxing and pampering and I walked away with exactly what I had in mind.

I LOVE this place!! I have never had eyelash extensions before but have always been interested. So I first went in May with a Groupon and I was so happy with them I signed up for a membership that day! At my first appointment I told Kayla that I wanted longer, fuller lashes but wanted them to look natural and she delivered! I am constantly getting compliments on my lashes and how natural they look. Kayla is so sweet and amazing at what she does! I’m absolutely in love with my lashes, I would go as far as calling it an addiction 🙂 In September I upgraded my membership to the unlimited refills so I see Kayla every 5-7 days to keep them in tip top shape. I would highly recommend this studio and Kayla! Thank you!
