Horrible ! This was 2 days after I got my lashes done . They had me come back so they could redo them and well same thing all the lashes were falling out… The tech had me convinced that my own natural lashes just could not hold lashes ! Lie! the first couple photos are them sucking at doing lashes the last photos are my lashes 2 weeks in with someone who knows what they are doing !

So I tried to reschedule my appt online with their automated system and apparently that didn’t work bc they was charged $87.95 for just an eyelash refill. I called and spoke with Sarah explaining that I was sick and I wanted to just reschedule the appointment and she told me there is nothing she could do and they made no mistakes on their end and that “we can’t read peoples minds “ I asked for some grace and she said no! I have never no showed for an appointment, and because I was sick one time thought I actually was rescheduling, but in fact, I got charged for a full price no-show. No grace.

If i could give zero stars I would, My friend offered to pay for lash extensions for my birthday, so i gladly agreed we choose bethel park to get them down. My lashes did not even stay on a week after following all there instructions, and then when i contacted them it took them 22 days and multiple messages to respond and say i could not have a refund Do not go here unless you want to be scammed out of $80. Honestly the lack of professionalism is astounding.
