Signed up for membership during the summer promo, used a few services for lash extensions and a couple refills. The 3rd month in I am rarely using services. I called last week to cancel my membership & on Friday I was charged again for a membership fee. They have no idea how much headache this has caused me. I am still waiting for a refund to process. Staff could’ve at least offered a small freebie for their inconveniences but they did not. Very dissatisfied and will not recommend in the future.
