Deka Lash was founded in 2011 on the belief that all beauty services should be attainable. Our founder Jennifer Blair noticed a major gap within the beauty industry – eyelash extension services were only in select cities, priced incredibly high, and available only to certain consumers. So Jennifer became a lash artist to fix the problem herself. Rude people at the front desk. I came in for an interview a few min late (10) I tried calling to verify the location as I was in the lot but got no response. Before they even knew what I was there for the people upfront were not welcoming at all! And I explained that I could not see their establishment even though I drove around the lot several times but there was a huge truck blocking the view of the business. I was in fact 10 min late due to this. I understand the situation fully but as I was speaking was interrupted several times and treated rudely as she rolled her eyes and spoke to me rudely. Don’t take my word fine there are other reviews stating that they are rude at this location. regardless of the situation it should be handled professionally. I’ve worked in customer service for years and would not treat anyone walking into my store like that. But I suppose I dodged a bullet would not want to work for a place like this anyway as I now know from other lash artists that they have a high turnover rate, the pay is very low compared to most other salons and their training is horrible which is why peoples lashes fall off.

WARNING!!!!! Do NOT get a Lash lift here! They DESTROYED my lashes due to the chemicals they used/time left on my lashes. 80% of my lashes have fallen out within the last three months, and still continue to fall out. I had extremely long, beautiful, full lashes but I wanted them to curl up instead of be straight.. this was the worst mistake I have ever made in regards to aesthetics. It’s heartbreaking
