I was their first appointment 10 am, Saturday. I actually got there early cause I got a coffee from Starbucks. So imagine my surprise when I get to the door at 9:50 and they are not open so I said that’s OK at least I got my coffee to keep me warm since it’s 30° outside the sun is out so I stay in the sunshine to keep warm. 10 o’clock comes still nobody is there. Eventually the lash technician showed up about maybe 1003, 1004-ish I can’t remember but she was late. She opens the door mind you I’m standing in the sun so I didn’t really see her walk past me at first , I’m going in right behind her, she notices me She didn’t greet me or nothing when I came through the door. She’s on her phone the whole time and she did not offer an apology for being late, which is what I was thinking she was going to do for being late, but nothing not even say good morning welcome to Dreka lash. I didn’t like her vibe because she seem upset nor did I see her wash her hands prior to setting up her work station. I canceled and of course they hit me with a $40 fee for canceling I called the customer service line and I escalated to see what outcome they’re gonna have for me since I’m out of $40.

DO NOT GO HERE. Most of the lashes fell out 3 days after. I went back to have the service “redone” and my eyes are uneven. There is no contouring of the lashes and there are huge gaps. My eyes stung all day after the service and I have a huge RASH under both eyes. Eyelash extensions

I visited this location for a lash lift and tint, which I’ve had many times before at other salons with dramatic results. My lashes weren’t curled at all after this service – It doesn’t look like I’ve had anything done. Do not recommend, especially for the price.

She was very maticulous, and even showed me examples of photos for different style of lashes. The salon is very clean, really modern decor, pleasing relaxing music, and it’s easy to find.I suggest anyone who books an appointment to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their service to find a parking spot. Especially on the weekends, or during holiday hours – there are several places to park and they are all safe and well lit.
