On my initial visit I was not completely satisfied…HOWEVER, the GM reached out to me immediately after hearing of this, had me come back in so they could make it right and they 100% did. They did not have to respond as I did not ask for a refund or any special request to make it right, I just gave them my feedback. To have a GM follow up by calling and asking to correct my experience with them without being asked says a lot about how this company views the value of each customer. I will be back and I will recommend them to others. Keep up the good work Brandon’s Deka Lash!

I was a training model for a friend of mine, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! My lashes look AMAZING, I feel so pretty and all I do is wake up and brush my hair. Fabulous. She was very calming and was great at small talk, let me ramble on when I did, lol. The front area with the secretary person (not sure what to call them for the salon scene) was very helpful, calming, mush like everyone else and the whole atmosphere of the establishment. Offered water and checked if we needed the bathroom so she could direct us where it was. Helped my mom who was with me and set up her appointment quickly with no troubles. Will 100% come again when I have the money. As expected, the prices are a bit high, but *definitely* worth it, and I was a training model. I imagine when she’s done training she’ll give you flawless lashes and would expect the same from other employees. I overheard someone who was next to me say they were also in love with their lashes. Again, the atmosphere is so calm and soothing, you could probably take a nap lol. I was tempted.

I’m giving 3 stars because the lash artist Marissa was very nice. The environment was also clean and relaxing. I booked for true express which was 159.99 plus I added tip. However, I got them done Monday and it is now Wednesday and most of my lashes have fallen off. I left for vacation Tuesday so I’m out of town for a week. I wanted the lashes for our pictures that will be taken but now I have to go get some strips or something..just unnecessary stress and I’m sad. I paid $160 for lashes that have came off within 2 days. Not sure if it was the lash quality or glue because like I previously stated the lash artist was outstanding. I’ve had lashes in the past that lasted at least a week before shedding like this.

I had an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions in one eye and the original place I went to told me they were completely booked and couldn’t help me for 4 days. I looked up Deka and they have walk in consultations. The women were fantastic and kind. They removed the lashes easily and at no charge even though I am not a member. They’re just nice and professional so thank you for everything ladies.
