This place does nothing to accommodate its customers. I scheduled an appointment and mistakenly scheduled it for the same day. Once I received the confirmation and realized it was the wrong day, I immediately reached out to the business and informed them. I asked to RESCHEDULE for the following day (which was the date I meant to schedule initially) for the same time. I was connected to their live chat. They rescheduled my appointment but charged me a 50% cancellation fee. I get the fact that it was the same day but some things should be treated on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling appointments should not reflect poorly on the lash tech. I immediately attempted to reschedule for the following day and for the same time so clearly it was an honest mistake. And it wasn’t like I cancelled the appointment all together. According to the reviews, not only do they do a poor job with lashes, they don’t even attempt to accommodate their patrons.

DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT USE this location. I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday, they had an earlier opening and told me that they would cancel my original appointment. Well needless to say, I was charged for both appointments and the OWNER refused to refund due to HER lash tech not canceling the original appointment. If you don’t want unauthorized charges to your card…DO NOT utilize this location or company EVER. Very unprofessional and scam!!!

Lash techs were not friendly, spa was VERY VERY cold, even the lash tech was sniffling. I was overcharged. Tips are suggested. Will not be returning. Lashes that I received were NOT what I was looking for. There were white glue strands in between lashes. The tech PULLED off a few lashes after the glue had dried (Painful) (I guess because they were not right), then it happened on the other eye (Painful). Did I mention I was over charged? A refund for a difference was given but not until after several text messages. They charge for a master lash tech (whatever that means), but even she was pulling the lashes off my eye after she made a mistake. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

I’ve got an eyelash extensions in the past where they’ve lasted 3-4weeks and these may be last One good week before it starts looking kinda wonky. Critical: QualityI should have read the reviews before going here. Because I had the exact same experience. I had an appointment for full volume lashes. Which per my understanding should take 2hrs. When she finished in 40mins. I made the comment that the website indicated the service typcially takes 2hrs. At the end, my lashes looked terrible. They looked nothing like the other lashes posted online by the other locations. I got my lashes done on Dec 17th. And today, almost all my lashes are gone. I reached out to their customer service text agent, only to be ignored. People pay too much money for these services only to be let down. I should have read the reviews before going here. Because I had the exact same experience. I had an appointment for full volume lashes. Which per my understanding should take 2hrs. When she finished in 40mins. I made the comment that the website indicated the service typcially takes 2hrs. At the end, my lashes looked terrible. They are unnecessarily strict about appointment times, but there are no repercussions for them starting late. I had to reschedule for arriving 4 minutes late, and yet my new appointment started 10 min late, plus my technician had to stop halfway through due to illness. I get that nobody’s perfect, but felt like this was unprofessional. I won’t go out of my way to get my lashes done here, especially not for $150

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have a huge amount of adhesive on my lashes which is irritating my eyes. I went to get my lashes done before I travelled out of country the next day. So, I cannot even go to get the lashes removed. The service with Meghan was horrible. She kept fidgeting, hurt me a couple of times and kept bumping into the bed and she also dropped things a few times. I have a huge amount of adhesive on my lashes which is irritating my eyes. I went to get my lashes done before I travelled out of country the next day. So, I cannot even go to get the lashes removed. Technician by the name of Maegan had a real nasty attitude and did the lashes in 30 minutes when it takes one hour and 40 minutes to put on a full set, and by the next day they were coming off. I will never ever go there again.
