Not what I expected. Had my lash extensions done and was not impressed at all. Beautician did a bad job, used a lot if glue that irritated my eye and when I went to get a refill at a different salon the beautification said…. Wow where did u get ur lashed done? They used a lottt of glue to a point that my lashed where stuck together instead of classic individually as they should have. Don’t recommend the salon if you want a clean natural look for your lashes.

I really wanted to love this place after being recommended to this practice from close family friends who go here and get their lashes done. I booked a hybrid full set with Reese and after an hour she was done. I’ve had lash extensions before and typically the initial appointment is done in 2 hour. I went home and examined my lashes to find out that only volume lashes were placed not a mix of single extensions and volumes and they were not very full. I’m really disappointed because Reese is great but I was expecting more.

I had eye extensions installed by Reese. She was wonderful. She was very patient, made sure I was comfortable while installing and she made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I am so excited that I have found sone one I can depend on and trust with my eyes. The environment was so clean and refreshing. I actually went to sleep. I cannot wait for my refill!! I recommend Reese to anyone she is wonderful!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My appointment was yesterday and I got a lash lift and tint. I walk in and the person I saw had chips, drinks, and candy in her station right where she was doing my lashes! That is extremely unsanitary and also violates OSHA! Secondly, she starts doing my lashes and her breath is horrible, it smelled like pork rinds. I finished my service and left and wasn’t really pleased with the customer service. This morning I wake up and my lashes are straight up, matted together, and stuck to my eye lid! They looked absolutely horrific, I didn’t even want to go in public. I had not gotten them wet at all, and I sleep on my back, and no makeup had been applied. When I woke up I took a makeup remover wipe to my lashes to try and “fix” this mess. They are still not correct, and feel funny. This place will NEVER get my business again. I even called and had to wait for a call back because you cannot talk to anyone on the phone at the studio in Raleigh (FRUSTRATING) the girl that called me back even stated this was not typical. Her advice to me was to get them wet (before the 24 hours) to see if it fixes it, but then I’m out all the money I spent to get them done. Horrible service, and horrible customer service. I should have gone to a different place, or just not gotten my lashes done at all.

I had a great first experience. My lash tech was Cabria she was absolutely amazing. After my first time going I felt like my lashes were missing a lil something. On my refill I let Cabria know that I felt like it didn’t give me that pop, but let me tell you she listened to me and delivered exceptional service. She went above and beyond what I expected. Do not recommend getting the membership every month it was issues with it I was told my membership wasn’t active on two different visits, then two months later I get charged almost $200 for a membership that I was told wasn’t active. Long story short tried to get a refund and was denied. They will never have to worry about me going back there. I really hate that because I was an loyal customer for almost a year.

I usually have a great experience at Deka!! However I was there last Friday (11/26) and by 11/30 all my lashes were out. I did not put water on them (I use a cream cleanser that I wipe off), rub them or wear any makeup especially mascara. I also sleep on my back. Typically the lashes I get at Deka last much longer. This is the first time I used the sensitive glue, so maybe that was it ♀️. The pic below is a representation of how much they fell out daily. This happened when I brushed them, many fell out on my face while blinking or doing nothing.
