Staff was very friendly but my lashes only lasted a week. I tried waiting for the 2 week mark for a refill but by day 8 it was getting embarrassing to go out in public. On day 10 I made a same day appointment for removal as I just couldn’t take it anymore and couldn’t go out the way my lashes looked. I wanted to get the membership but it’s not worth me going every week to get a refill when the membership only includes 2 refills a month. I instead got a lash lift after paying to have my lashes removed. The lash lift is worth it.

Worst experience ever. I’m used to do lashes extensions and they usually stay 2-3 weeks. I’ve done my lashes at Deka lash on Friday October 7th and next morning 40% of them fell ! I called them and texted them on Saturday, Monday Tuesday and til Thursday but couldn’t have any satisfaction. Either no one picks up or it gets disconnected after talking few minutes either “we will call you back” . I am looking at another place now to do again my lashes ! So upsetting to throw money like this !
