Coworker went and spent over $100.00 for lash lift and tint and looked exactly the same as when she went in. Except her lashes were sticking STRAIGHT out instead of curled. Called to get a refund but they refused and said they would do it again for free. Jacqueline stated that “sometimes” it don’t work the 1st time and they would have to use a different technique but instead of doing the “different technique” they took her money and let her go. Spoke to Sabrina on 2-2-23 and Jacqueline on 2-3-23, asked again for a refund and someone for corporate would call within 24 hours…… it has been days and no call. Needless to say, would not recommend this service at this location in Washington PA. Big rip off for that amount of money.
