Absolutely horrible. Came to get a lash lift on my birthday about a month ago and I wish I could give it a 0. I came here only because there were good reviews and honestly now I don’t understand how all the reviews are relatively good? Once I was done my lashes were just as straight as they were when I came in and the lash tech was willing to let me pay anyway. Manager was outright RUDE. Don’t come here for a lash lift they’ll rip you off.

My stylist name is Danielle and she has absolutely changed my world. When I first went in I was a bit nervous this was something I’ve never done. She ensured me that we can start off with some lashes that weren’t so over the top and she took her time and talked with me throughout the experience which calmed my nerves. Now I get very full lashes and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She even does my moms lashes now. My mom felt uncomfortable at first but Danielle made sure she was okay through her appointment and that she felt comfortable. Now she gets through her appointment with no problem. I would recommend Danielle because of she definitely makes sure that her clients are happy throughout the whole process. I love Deka! Jordan is an amazing technician. When I had my first consultation I was unsure how long I would keep them (I like extensions in the summer) I was so impressed how thorough my consultation was. I got perfect looking lashes. As time went on Jordan worked with me to fix any problems whether it was my fault (because I got something in my eye and rubbed) or if my lashes but my new glasses lol. No matter what my lashes look like when I walk in I know when I walk out they will look perfect.
