I had a lavender spa pedicure and a manicure here that were both great. Unfortunately when they wrapped my toes to leave, they must have put on a polish instead of an oil, and the polish got totally smudged by the time I arrived home. I went back the next day and they fixed it, no charge, which I am very grateful for. I’ll definitely be back–clean, good service, great polish selection, and they do a nice job.

Employee almost hit both my husband, my dog, and me with his scooter. He goes extremely fast on a pedestrian side walk. If they’re not safe outside the salon I doubt they use safe practices within it. Would not go.

One of their employees almost hit myself and our dog on his electric scooter going way too fast on the sidewalk. This business really should try to not to hire such reckless people and try to at least pretend to care a little about the neighborhood.

Took forever in the chair- I was in there almost 2 hours for a gel pedicure. And they did not do the paraffin on heels, massage, lotion, etc. My feet were just as rough when i left as when I came in. When I brought this up, the apparent owner started speaking in Chinese furiously to the employee and proceeded to spread Vaseline all over my feet, so now they’re rough AND greasy. Definitely won’t go back there!

Awful. They have no idea how to properly shape your nails. They didn’t listen when I said to stop filing them so short. The powder gel is so thick they make your nails look fake. In between clients I never saw one nail tech wash their hands or even attempt to use hand sanitizer. Truly horrendous experience. Will never go back.
