I went to Deja Vu Nail Salon and got a manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure was amazing. But when I got my manicure I asked for French tips and I got an off white color and within hours of leaving it turned to a dingy grey and was not what i asked for at all. I went with 2 friends and both of their nails looked great. 1 of the friends also got French tips and her nails look amazing. I am just utterly disappointed with the quality of my nails that I paid $45 for.

Critical: ProfessionalismOne of the worst experiences I’ve had. Very poor service and attitude. Did not offer different pedicure options. When I asked if there were any, I was told ‘yes: Basic and deluxe. The deluxe has different things in it. You’ll have to do that next time. Because I would have had to add stuff to the water.’ I do not plan on a next time. At 5:30, I called for an appointment to see if 6:15 was a possibility; To which, the answer was yes. If they didn’t want to take this appointment with 45 minutes left in their hours, I would have expected the answer to be either ‘we can do one service but not both;’ or ‘no.’ Not ‘yes,’ and then be rude and sloppier than I’ve ever experienced. Upon checkout, I expressed my disappointment and my thoughts above about not accepting the appointment if they didn’t want to accept it and do a good job; to which I was met with laughter by the technician. How unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer. Moon and Manop did mine and my daughters nails at another shop and when they left I lost contact. I stopped in 1Sat to get a pedicure and there they were. I am beyond thrilled to have found them. They really make you feel like you’ve been pampered! Thanks ladies ❤️
