I randomly found this nail salon and am so happy I did!! I go to see Ava every 2-3 weeks to have dip powder done and she’s absolutely amazing! Every time I go she makes them look perfect! She spends time making sure she does the technique perfectly while having amazing conversation and I truly appreciate that. I could let my nails go longer between getting them done because she does them so well!! Highly recommend, especially Ava!!

I absolutely love my service every time I go. Kim is my technician. And I’ve been going for about 3 years. Very professional and I love the way my pedicure looks and feels every time. Lasts me about 3-4 weeks even longer with Gel. 100% recommend Kim if you go here. Pedicure

I went here because my normal nail tech went home for a month, and Deja Vu is in my neighborhood. I’m already skeptical about letting new techs do my nails, this only confirms my skepticism. Everyone was pretty nice so this isn’t the problem. The nail tech that did my nails using the dip powder made my nails so thin and warped I lost 4 nails because of it. It was my first and only time going. My nail tech is back home now and if she leaves again, I’ll just have someone take off the powder and wait until she returns. My suggestion, don’t ask for just anybody at Deja Vu if it’s your first time, ask for the best technician, hopefully they do right by you.

When I 1st arrived I specifically asked the receptionist can she refer me to someone who specializes in stiletto nails. She put me with a nail tech who was obviously not experienced in that specific shape. When I complained they spoke amongst themselves in their language and Try to tell me that what she did was what I asked for when it obviously was not. Then another nail tech tried to clean up her work but my nails were uneven and crooked. When I went to pay the reception gave me nothing but attitude as if I did something wrong and I know she was not expecting me to tip but I did to prove the point. I was not trying to give them a hard time I just simply wanted what I asked for. I would never go here again nor would I recommend it!

Not pleased, I myself have done nails for several years and sometimes I’m surprised about the experience. The Lady at the front was not friendly so that was #1, it certainly doesn’t meet any cleanliness guidelines (dividers yes but that’s it) I saw no one sterilize an instrument. I was apprehensive but tried anyway, I have to redo my nails when I get home.. as you can see from the picture I’m not even trying you over exaggerate however I had polish on my finger that she filed down, I have bubbles in almost every nail, several are different shapes…I certainly won’t be returning.. even before the less than desirable set I had done ($60) I knew based on the lack of sterilization I wouldn’t return. Nothing like finally having a day off and still having to do my nails after paying a crazy amount for what I left with. To reach their own, that was just my opinion

TERRIBLE service. Paid $200 for 2 full sets and pedicures, just for the pedicure to start chipping the day after, and the acrylics start lifting. Within less than 10 days, the acrylics began falling off. I have been getting full sets regularly at other places, they are supposed to last at LEAST three weeks, if not longer. When I went in to show them the damage it left on my nails and for a soak off/fix for the other nails, they laughed in my face and refused. This place is overpriced, and they rush through the process. Do not waste your time here.

I would give it a zero if I could . The provider actually asked me to turn off the massage function on my seat then when I complained about the foot work. She raised her voice telling me how well she knew her job. Little to no regard for customer satisfaction is my conclusion about déjà vu Pedicure

I love Mya, she takes special care when doing my nails and feet. Tech #3 is great also didn’t get her name, but she didn’t rush through my nail process! Great job!

Critical: QualityI was looking forward to trying out this new place since I am new to the area. I called ahead to double check if I needed an appointment or if walk-ins were okay. The lady that answered was nice. I was seated and the nail tech got started. I was not asked which package I wanted or anything of that matter. She was not friendly at all. She was extremely rough to the point that she had broke my anklet. She tried to hide the fact that she had broke it, until she realized there was no way. She proceeded to paint my nails and next thing I know she moved me to the nail drying station and that was it. All in under 8 minutes. I went to look at my toe nails, they were poorly done. They were cut crooked. I was charged $33 for a terrible experience. I am not the one to make a scene, which I did not might I add. But, the fact that it was so poorly done, she was in the race of her life to get through her clients it’s disappointing when you pay for it. Just beware of this place. I do not feel that all of the nail techs are this way, and I wish I would of asked her name. I was just so upset about it, I wanted to leave.Service: PedicureI was looking forward to trying out this new place since I am new to the area. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI just had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had there. I don’t remember his name, but he spent a good amount of time softening up my very dry and tired, calloused summer feet. I am the true essence of a bare-footer and headed into winter time my feet show it bad. He did such a good job I almost slipped into my shoes!! The massage was just the right amount of pressure, he scraped the callouses away gently but effectively.I don’t know why I waited so long to have it done! Thanks for doing a great job.Service: PedicureI just had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had there.
