Deja Vu Nail & Spa

Critical: QualityI was looking forward to trying out this new place since I am new to the area. I called ahead to double check if I needed an appointment or if walk-ins were okay. The lady that answered was nice. I was seated and the nail tech got started. I was not asked which package I wanted or anything of that matter. She was not friendly at all. She was extremely rough to the point that she had broke my anklet. She tried to hide the fact that she had broke it, until she realized there was no way. She proceeded to paint my nails and next thing I know she moved me to the nail drying station and that was it. All in under 8 minutes. I went to look at my toe nails, they were poorly done. They were cut crooked. I was charged $33 for a terrible experience. I am not the one to make a scene, which I did not might I add. But, the fact that it was so poorly done, she was in the race of her life to get through her clients it’s disappointing when you pay for it. Just beware of this place. I do not feel that all of the nail techs are this way, and I wish I would of asked her name. I don’t remember his name, but he spent a good amount of time softening up my very dry and tired, calloused summer feet. I am the true essence of a bare-footer and headed into winter time my feet show it bad. He did such a good job I almost slipped into my shoes!! The massage was just the right amount of pressure, he scraped the callouses away gently but effectively.I don’t know why I waited so long to have it done! I just had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had there. I don’t remember his name, but he spent a good amount of time softening up my very dry and tired, calloused summer feet. I am the true essence of a bare-footer and headed into winter time my feet show it bad. He did such a good job I almost slipped into my shoes!! The massage was just the right amount of pressure, he scraped the callouses away gently but effectively.I don’t know why I waited so long to have it done! Thanks for doing a great job.
