Critical: ValueAlisha and her mother were very friendly. The shop was clean the staff were pleasant. She can lay some hair and cut style. But unfortunately I went for interlock refresh. I think that if you have locs and are doing the palm roll method, she is your girl. But not for interlocking. I have knots everywhere, as well as conjoined locs. Absolutely unprofessional terrible experience. Stylist was not there i was greeted by her mom. They made me pay in advance and i tipped with the promise she would be there ready to work on my hair 3pm sharp. Her mom was there said her phone died and she is getting it fix but she can do it. Didnt like it but i need my hair done so okay. Mom got a call talked for 5min while i standing there waiting then when she does get off she wants me to look at some mirrors she was selling. When i declined she became irritated. We ended up arguing and she ran up on me and invaded my space. When i told her to back up, she refused so I left. Still havent heard from the daughter but the mom did come out and refund me my prepaid money for the appointment. Literally the only thing she got right
