For starters the bad reviews were from years ago, and I believe it’s now a new masseuse who does alot of the sessions. It’s a nice little local spa never busy, but it’s more accurate to make an appointment versus a walk in. I have zero complaints very nice, and professional, and she actually went a little over the time on a 90 minute session which is unheard of these days! lol
