Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI come here for all my waxing services love my lady who does that. However, I decided to get my hair done there and it came out messed up as you can clearly see in the photo. It looked fine the day of when she styled it but when I let it naturally dry or straighten it it’s not even. I called to have them fix it and the manager said I would have to pay full price or go back to the same girl. I come here for all my waxing services love my lady who does that. However, I decided to get my hair done there and it came out messed up as you can clearly see in the photo. It looked fine the day of when she styled it but when I let it naturally dry or straighten it it’s not even. I called to have them fix it and the manager said I would have to pay full price or go back to the same girl. Critical: ProfessionalismYesterday I entered this salon with my sister. Only a couple of women were waiting when we walked in at 10:30 am. We were waiting a long time before a stylist took my sister back. That was at 2:00 pm. She wanted only a wash and blow. I still sat waiting for at least another half hour when the manager/owner took me back to wash my hair. The woman was very rough, with a heavy hand and her nails she hurt my scalp. After the wash she applied a conditioner and sat me under a dryer. She then took another woman back. About 10 mins after, she takes me out of the dryer and sat me at the stylist chair. She then disappeared to the back. I sat there with my wet hair for another 30 minutes and I asked, What was I waiting for? Was the woman coming back? The woman comes back and tells me she had to get another person before me but that she wouldn’t be long. I remained there waiting. My sister was already done and I considered leaving with my wet hair. Then the heavy set woman finished working on the woman that the owner said she had to take care of but just passed along to her instead. She, the heavy set lady began to cut my hair. We were there til almost 4:00 pm.To be honest, the woman who cut my hair and my sister’s, a heavy set woman did a very good job with the haircut on both our hair. However I have never paid 80 dollars for a simple haircut and blow and certainly never 55 for just wash and blow and NO, the place isn’t luxurious. It doesn’t even has a poster up. The manager/owner is just terrible as a manager and will rip you up. I left a tip for the stylist because she did a good job. Hope the manager didn’t steal it from her. Honestly, I am fit to be tied. I am thinking to report the business to the Better Business Bureau. Ladies please ask the price of your service before letting them touch your hair.
