Outstanding experience and customer service! My husband and I were in FL for a long weekend that was tacked onto a work trip. I found Deinaneira’s online with a quick search and compared reviews between Google and Yelp. I sent a message thru the site asking if we could possibly get a couples massage that weekend. Responses were quick and efficient, and they were transparent about the fact that the couples massage would cost more than just getting independent massages with a current special they were running. We went ahead and scheduled the couples anyway as that was our preference but I appreciate that they offered us the deal had we wanted to take advantage of it! When I discovered I had misread our departure time at the airport on Sunday, they were able to adjust our massage time to 30 minutes earlier to give us a little more wiggle room in getting to Orlando. Their space is small but clean and relaxing. They had already arranged to put my husband with Arlene when I said that he would need a firm deep tissue. I had Carolina. Our rooms were adjoining so we could see each other but each therapist had room to move about the tables easily – they had spread rose petals on the tables and had relaxing music and candles going. The massages themselves were amazing! Not only deep tissue (great technique – very firm but not painful!), but then there was hot stone treatment included which I did not know, and then there was some sort of sea salt foot scrub / oil / hot towel treatment at the end that was amazing! I couldn’t believe all of what was included in that 80 minute treatment… my mind was blown! If we ever get back to Melbourne we will definitely visit again – cannot recommend enough! Thank you ladies!
