Worst nail shop in town! I will never give them my money ever again!! I went in for a fill, it didn’t look like a fill at all, one nail was crooked, the other one he filed down way too much on the corner, I asked for diamonds he said it would be 30$ for what I wanted. He is rude, and also didn’t see him dispersing implements in sanitizing solution nor did he clean or sanitize his work station and other implements. If I could give it zero stars I would. This is what happens when you don’t go to your regular guy, stick with anyone but here!

I am not satisfied with my nails I have major bubbles under my nail Polish. The guy that did my nails was filing so hard that he cut me with the nail filer. I also noticed that when it was my time up my time up he did not sanitize the tools before using them. They are not the shape that I asked for. It was not worth the money I am so not happy I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

I’ve only been to this place one time for a pedicure. About 3 weeks after I got it done both of my big toe nails started turning blue/black. Since then 1/2 of my nail is pretty much dead. Plus, apparently they only do gel nails, and nothing else. I would have wanted to get regular polish because gel nail polish destroys my nails. The guy doing my nails didn’t tell me the only did gel till I was already sitting down and getting worked on. I definitely won’t go back here!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Yelled oh my god at my girls after asking them questions. One of their nails isn’t even painted or have acrylic on it. The other ones aren’t straight. They were told it was their finger. Used the same brush on both. one kid has a hair in her nail. Unsanitary, rude, next time were in town giving you a piece of your own medicine. You should be shut down.

Critical: QualityThey were the only ones open for a walk-in…that should have been a sign. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they didn’t prove me wrong. No real foot massage and the polish they quickly painted on so it’s all over my cuticles and skin. The people I went with also agree this is not the place to choose.
