Services

Massage Therapist
Cryo Therapy
Exposure to cold dry air for three minutes allows the blood to vital parts of the body to compensate for lowered body temperature. You exit feeling a surge of endorphins, nutrient rich blood filled with enzymes and oxygen. This accelerates cell renewal in the tissue and skin.
Cupping therapy
Uses special cups on the skin for a few minutes to create suction to draw out toxins from a specific area. Cupping helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. Cupping is a type of deep-tissue massage.
GameReady Compression
A hybrid of cryo therapy and compression, this machine will lower the water to 34 degrees Fahrenheit to give the benefits of cryo and it will compress to give the benefits of compression. Truly an amazing service, GameReady can help get you that fix you’ve been looking for
Injuries
Rehabilitating any injury can be a tiring and frustrating process. From a sprained ankle or a twisted knee, limited range of motion, to muscle spasms or broken bones, massage can provide the opportunity for faster recovery. We’ve worked with countless injuries and we can help with your recovery process!
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
A form of manual therapy that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently. The general goals of the therapy are to reduce pain and increase function through a combination of: Breaking down the scar tissue and fascia restrictions that are usually associated with some form of trauma to the soft tissue. Reducing restrictions by stretching connective tissue in an attempt to rearrange the structure of the soft tissue being treated
Normatec Compression
While increasing blood flow and oxygen to the ligaments, our compression sleeves will also help with range of motion, increase flexibility and make you feel great! We have attachments for the arms, legs and hips. Come try them today!
Percussion Therapy
A percussion gun used for the muscles to aid with the recovery process. Percussion therapy helps to break down knots, increase blood flow, and release stored lactic acid.
RockTape
Reduces pain- RockTape on the skin can interfere with painful signals which are directed to the brainDecompresses an area of swelling and inflammation- RockTape has a microscopic lifting effect underneath the skin and between the many layers. This allows the by-products created by inflammation to be removed more quickly.Delays fatigue- In rehab, this is very important, not only for the parts of your body that are currently hurting, but also for the surrounding areas as they help to pick up the slack for muscles that are currently not working well. Distributes physical stress- RockTape allows full movement of a taped area. Through elastic properties and quick recoil, RockTape can help distribute forces to other nearby areas through the fascia, ligaments, and even bones.
Sports Massage
Sports massage techniques are specific to the individual. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements. Aspects of sports massage therapy are useful components in a balanced training regimen. Sports massage therapy can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event. Specially designed sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares the body and mind for optimal performance.
Spot Cryo
Similar to Cryo therapy, this service localizes the benefits of cryo. Got your shoulder worked on? Give our spot a try! This will help relieve any swelling or inflammation and make you feel brand new!
Stretching
We perform stretching movements that deliver more than you can achieve stretching yourself. Assisted stretching increases range of motion in the joints. Without proper stretching the muscles shorten and become tight.

I’ve gone here twice and I very much enjoyed both experiences! My last session was today 12/10/22 and this session was incredible. I had so much tension in my body and feel much better. The staff are always very helpful and kind. Those that work on you are incredible and know how to help with any tension you have. Any questions I had were answered and the process was explain to me in a clear way. I highly recommend this place especially if you put your body through a lot such as an intensive job, working out a lot etc. would say this place is your best bet!

I have been a member for a few months, and I love it. The discounts are good if you pay for the membership, but also the massage therapists are really good here and they try to make your session count. They also do cupping and blading. I think the blading works really well. If you enjoy cryo therapy, have fun because they do it here– I’m just not a fan. Although I did try some cryo pants (inflatable pants that get cold, forgot the actual name ), and that wasn’t bad. Point being, they offer so many options here to take care of your body.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWhen I walked into their establishment the first time (a couple years ago), I couldn’t walk because my lower back was ruined. I thought I was going to have to medically retire from my job. After going there consistently my life and mobility completely changed. Mac is absolutely amazing as are Andrew his wife, and the entire staff. EVERYONE is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and always there to help! I absolutely LOVE DSM and honestly owe getting my life back to them! DO NOT HESITATE! My first visit last week was decent, but today I worked with a different therapist and it was much better. Alex was fantastic! He was calling out some of the issues I have been experiencing without me telling him that it was an issue. Seemed like a very knowledgeable dude and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is very active and puts there body under a lot of stress.

Every single person in this place is amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of having Darrell and Eli as my masseuse and neither dissapointed. They both asked about any specific pain/tension I had in my body and helped me to relieve it. Both were kind, helpful and ridiculously knowledgeable. I’m a customer for life and I always feel amazing after I leave. I’m so so grateful to have found this place.
