Critical: ProfessionalismI booked a consultation for the price of $25. I was told that there would be no issue getting my locs done. After reopening, I finally got an appointment scheduled. Although I was there for almost 5 hours, I was satisfied with how my hair came out. I ended up booking another appointment for a retwist. However, a few days before my appointment, I was notified that it had been cancelled due to the stylist getting Covid. I was fine with and understand that health comes first. So after discussing another retwist reschedule, I am now expected to wait another 6 weeks. I then asked if there were any appointments before then but I haven’t gotten a reply (it has been a few days).The owner is good at what she does however, $175 plus a tip was already way above average. But, I decided to give this place a try because I heard good things. Most people charge only $60-80 for starters and now I have to do my own retwist. I kind of feel cheated because I could have gone elsewhere for less. I booked a consultation for the price of $25. I was told that there would be no issue getting my locs done. After reopening, I finally got an appointment scheduled. Although I was there for almost 5 hours, I was satisfied with how my hair came out. I ended up booking another appointment for a retwist. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTamarra had been servicing my locs for 8 months now and I couldnt be more happy with her. She’s even done my color too. If u want to start your locs or looking for somebody in the Dayton area to maintain your locs stop by and ask T for a quote!!!! You won’t be sorry!!! ✊
