I came out happy out of there because you know I had just had a pedi. It looked nice with all that oil they put but sadly after 3 days they didn’t look so glamorous. I see a lot of imperfections and shellac color that came off, she cut my nails uneven not worth my $38 plus tip.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhat I wanted vs what I got. This was my first time at this salon and the experience was horrible. The workers were very unprofessional. I was charged $45 to take off acrylic nails and have this acrylic set on my toes. They did not give me a normal pedicure treatment (sit in water, massage, and clean feet).They didn’t even clean the dirt from my toes as you can see from the clear acrylic. This was not the color or style I wanted at all. I had to explain myself 5 times for them to understand even after showing them the picture of what I wanted. I was charged $45 to take off acrylic nails and have this acrylic set on my toes. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came twice just to see if the service was really that bad and not just the techs I had. The lady who did my eyebrows over plucked them for one and she kept waxing under the same eyebrow which resulted in me having a scab on my face! I felt as if they were extremely prejudiced because I’ve NEVER had to pay before my services were even finished. My nails look like my one year old niece did them. The lady who did my eyebrows over plucked them for one and she kept waxing under the same eyebrow which resulted in me having a scab on my face! The service was horrible. I got a simple fill-in and pedi, both with gel polish. My nails aren’t even, weren’t buffed sufficiently prior to polish. Polish is lumpy. Toes, same and filed unevenly. I’ll never go back to this place.

I went to surprise my girl, just to do a manicure and pedicure (you know something simple for my girl) I waited almost an hour and a half to almost 2 hours just for her manicure to look horrible. honestly I don’t recommend this place for first timers. You know for guys that just want to give a simple gift to your girl, I came to this place cause I saw Google rated it a good place to go…. but it was deceiving. For anybody who are first timers ITS A NO GO (TRUST) for your husband, girlfriends or whatever its still a NO. Sorry the place looked nice but no. look at the pictures I provide… the work looks rushed and sloppy.

This nail shop is cool not gonna lie but the way they do things make you not wanna come back . They messed up my nail and offer me $5 bucks but when it’s time to pay they change they mind . I ask them do they have two of the same color for my nail and toe . They said yes but towards the end they lied and said they randomly sold out of it . Bogus . I should’ve got 10 bucks off literally. I didn’t even get nothing off . SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

Everything started out great, I mean between being patient while the main lady bounced between customers. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me. I sat patiently as she would stop doing my nails to do whatever else. After 1.5 hours my nails were in even and messy. I asked her to redo the jeweled nails because they were unevenly acrylic. She got so irritated at my request that she ripped the nails off cut my nail bed in my both nails. The left bled for 10 mins she still attempts to put new jewels on it. While BLEEDING!!!! At this point I am crying, telling her the first order of customer service is empathy or understanding, to take a moment to listen. She refused, she argued me down. No one in the job wanted to fix my nails, and I was disgruntled or aggressive (they love to say it’s us). She refused a refund she refused to redo my nails. After no resolve and many tears now, I decide to leave. My daughter irritated and requesting her money back. Again she refused. You cut me 2 times and show no remorse, no concern and can’t give my money back?!?! Ok bet!Thank you to the gentleman customer who reimbursed my child and gave me a birthday gift. On today 12/17/21 my daughter treated me to a full set and pedicure. Everything started out great, I mean between being patient while the main lady bounced between customers.
